Elisa Mack - Elisa invites you to explore your creative side and enjoy some wonderful local wine while you create a painting that is uniquely yours. No experience necessary, artists of all levels are welcomed and encouraged. Elisa Mack offers quality instruction so that you can feel relaxed and enjoy the process, learn a new art medium, and take home a beautiful painting to show friends and family.You'll learn techniques painting with artist-grade watercolor paints. All materials, instruction, and hors d'oeuvres are included in price. Wine, beer, cider and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased separately in the tasting room.
Elizabeth Zimmerman - Elizabeth of Western Rose Studios has been creating watercolor paintings of people and pets for nearly 18 years and is now sharing her love of art by teaching. She also expresses her creative side in photography. She invites you to come with your best friend, spouse or by yourself for a fun afternoon of painting. No drawing or painting experience is needed for her classes as Elizabeth leads students step by step to create a beautiful watercolor painting. She is excited to share her love of watercolor painting with others. All supplies included. Registration fee includes instruction and supplies; alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are not included and can be purchased seperately in the tasting room.
Patricia Young - Patricia Young has had a life-long interest in art. She enjoys painting with oil, acrylics and watercolor. In the Still Life workshop, Patricia will give instructions in painting with acrylics on canvas by setting up a still life of seasonal flowers or fruits for students to paint. While painting a still life, students will learn about line, color, shape, space, and so much more, such as how to see light and shadow as you transform a still life display into a beautiful composition on your canvas. This painting exercise will give you the confidence to paint from life and develop your own style of visual interpretation. Materials will be provided. Wear paint friendly clothes for 3 hours of art instruction. Enjoy the vineyard views and wine tasting room just steps away.
