Weddings at Eola
At Chemeketa Eola, say "I do" in a beautiful winery setting with picturesque views of the Chemeketa Cellars vineyard and northwest valley. The venue, located at Chemeketa Community College's Northwest Wine Studies Center, provides refined yet laid-back ambiance with indoor and outdoor options to accommodate weddings of up to 200 guests. Rental includes exclusive use of the venue and set-up of indoor spaces. External catering is allowed and bar service is provided by the Chemeketa Cellars tasting room. Wedding Venue Rental Information
For the 2024 wedding season, we will be available for wedding rental only on SUNDAYS ONLY. (Weddings with 75 attendees or less, please contact eolaweddings@chemeketa.edu for other availability options.) Pricing for a Sunday wedding is $2,700.
Venue rental includes:
- One-hour rehearsal 24-48 hours prior to wedding
- If available,venue access Saturday night after 5 pm for early set-up
- Venue access Sunday morning at 8 am with the event to end by 10 pm & departure from venue by 11 pm
- Space for up to 200 attendees
- Cleaning fee
- Tasting room and patio furniture
- Indoor public restrooms
- 135 parking spaces
- Exclusive use of indoor and outdoor venue including meeting rooms, patio, lawn, and garden (rental includes set-up and take-down of indoor tables and chairs)
- (26) 60 in banquet tables
- (12) cocktail tables
- (35) 6 ft x 24 in buffet tables
- (215) indoor chairs
- Additional furniture and supplies can be rented from a party supply store.
