Wine Club Policies
- Member Discounts: Wine Club members receive 10% off all bottle purchases and 20% off purchases of a full case or more in the tasting room. Members also enjoy one complimentary tasting flight or glass of wine for themselves and one guest. (We love welcoming first-time visitors!)
- Automatic Renewal: Your membership automatically renews each season until you let us know you’d like to cancel. To cancel your membership, simply email contact@chemeketacellars.com before your next order is processed.
- Billing Information: If your credit card or billing information is no longer valid, we’ll contact you by email. If your information isn’t updated before the next order is processed, we won’t be able to fulfill your order and your membership will be removed.
- Order Customization: You’ll have even more opportunities to customize your shipment. Customizations are limited to the wines included in that season’s Wine Club selection. Wine Club pricing and discounts apply only to the wines offered in the current release and cannot be transferred to other wines.
- Red Wine Club: You may substitute, add, or remove any red wine included in that release, but substitutions cannot be made for white or rosé wines. If you’d like greater flexibility, consider switching to the Mixed Wine Club.
- White Wine Club: You may substitute, add, or remove any white or rosé wine included in that release, but substitutions cannot be made for red wines. The Mixed Wine Club offers the greatest flexibility.
- Mixed Wine Club: You may substitute, add, or remove any wines included in the current Wine Club offering, but substitutions cannot be made for wines outside that seasonal selection.
- Refunds: Wine Club purchases may be refunded to the original credit card within three months of purchase. Cash refunds are available within six months. Due to our point-of-sale system limitations, refunds cannot be issued after six months.
- Order Pickup: Wine Club orders will be held for pickup for up to one year. During that time, we’ll make several attempts to contact you by phone and email before returning the wines to inventory.
