Chemeketa Cellars invites you to experience a taste of Australia! In this class, winemaking instructor Johnny Brose will showcase eight Australian wines from McLaren Vale and discuss individual producers as well as the climate, terroir, varietals, and winemaking techniques. This series is appropriate for all levels of wine enthusiasts, from beginners to aficionados, and is ideal for those wanting to learn more about Australian wines.

You will be provided with oyster crackers and water for palate-cleansing; feel free to bring alternate crackers if you have special dietary needs. You may also want to bring a notebook and pen to take notes.
