All flowers are sourced directly from their sustainable flower gardens in Salem, grown using regenerative practices that support healthy soil and a thriving ecosystem. In this two-hour class, you’ll learn how to create a beautiful, boutique-style bouquet using a mix of textures, filler flowers, and standout blooms. Discover how to add depth and interest with color variation and finishing touches, and pick up expert tips for making your arrangement last longer in the vase.

Beginning Sourdough Class w/Pointer Farms Bakery

Do you want to learn how to make sourdough but it seems complicated, overwhelming, and stressful? It doesn’t have to be! Let Pointer Farms Bakery show you the stress-free way to fit sourdough into your busy life. Mix a loaf of sourdough, learn about ingredients, practice stretch and folds, learn and practice shaping techniques, understand care of the starter, complete a simple feeding of your sourdough started, and have all your questions answered! All classes include: Hands-on practice, a jar of starter, a loaf to take home and bake, the use of equipment (mixing bowl, flour sack towel, bench scraper, scoring tool, parchment paper) and ongoing support on your sourdough adventure.
Yoga + Wine
Gather at Chemeketa Cellars in West Salem for an evening wine-d down. The tasting room will be open from 5-8 pm, with the class from 6-7 pm. Enjoy a 60 minute practice indoors during the cooler/rainy months or out on the lawn during the summer. Gather after class for post-class sips. Beer, cider, wine, non-alcoholic options and chocolate truffles are available for purchase from 5-8 pm. There is a suggested donation of $5-$10 per yogi for practice. Sign up using the button below.

This class is your gateway to mastering the art of wine! Spanning ten delightful Thursday evenings, this course offers an adventure in every glass, featuring the opportunity to experience 100 wines for just $350. Throughout the class, you will explore grape varieties from regions as diverse as the rolling hills of Italy and the vibrant landscapes of California. You will learn about different wine types and styles, including red, white, rosé, and sparkling, and develop the sensory skills needed to distinguish and appreciate a wide range of wines.
