Come enjoy an afternoon of painting while you enjoy the views and wine tasting at Chemeketa Cellars. You don't have to have great drawing skills to paint fabulous paintings! You will learn some tips and tricks to create a painting that is uniquely yours. No matter your previous experience, or lack of, you will find painting to be a joyful and relaxing way to express yourself. 

In this workshop, you will paint a fall harvest still life of seasonal colors. While painting a still life, you will learn about line, color, shape, space, and composition. We will explore how to see light and shadow as you transform a still life display into a  beautiful composition on your canvas. 

All materials will be provided for a painting with acrylic on canvas. Come in paint-friendly clothes for three hours of art instruction and fun. Your finished painting on 11x14 canvas board is yours to keep, frame, and share with family and friends. 

*Note: Wine is NOT included in the cost of admission ticket (that way, those who are under 21 or who don't drink alcohol can still participate!)
