In 2021, Native Oregonian Joe Vadnay turned his love for chocolate into a business to share his craft. Vadnay Chocolate began in a vintage building on Baker St. and is now located in a manufacturing facility in McMinnville, Oregon where all of the chocolate is made from the cacao bean.
