A visit to the Chemeketa Cellars supports Chemeketa Community College’s Wine Studies program. We offer award-winning student-grown, student-made wines and beautiful views of our vineyard and the Willamette Valley from our patio and indoor tasting room.

Walk-ins welcome, no reservations are required!

$20 Per Person

The Chemeketa Cellars tasting room offers indoor seating along with a partially covered patio with conversation seating, fire columns and patio tables and chairs on the full patio in warmer weather.

  • Try a flight! The tasting fee for a flight is $20 per person and is waived with the purchase of two bottles (FREE for wine club members and one guest)
  • Enjoy wine by the glass, beer, cider and non-alcoholic options

FAQ

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We love dogs and wish we could meet yours! However, Chemeketa Community College maintains a no-pets policy on all campuses, with the exception of service animals.

Q: Are children allowed?
A: Yes, all ages are welcome in the tasting room!

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Chemeketa Community College maintains a smoke-free policy that prohibits smoking and the use of inhalant delivery systems (like e-cigarettes) on all college property.

Q: Are large groups allowed?
A: Groups larger than 8 can be accomodated with prior notice. Please email contact@chemeketacellars.com to make a large group reservation.

Q: Who is the winemaker?
A: Chemeketa Cellars wines are made by Wine Studies students under the tutelage of winemaking faculty Johnny Brose.

Q: Can I bring in outside food & drink?
A: You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks to consume on-site or order from our tasting room menu.

Q: When is last call?
A: Last sales of wine flights, food and bottles (for consumption on site) is 30 minutes before closing. Last sales by the glass is 15 minutes before closing.

Q: Are you closed on holidays?
A: Yes, the tasting room is closed on all major federal, state and college holidays and also  occasionally for private events. View our full calendar here.  Upcoming closures:
