We selected our estate Zweigelt for this vintage of Rosé, along with minimal skin for a light, refreshing style that compliments spring and summer.

• Brix:  21.7; pH:  3.13; and TA: 5.5 gm/L
• Aroma:  The smell of summer with strawberries, orange blossoms, candied cherries, and cantaloupe.
• Flavor:  Candied cherries and a hint of key lime, a touch of residual sugar balances acidity, accentuating its freshness. A very slight effervescence is present.
